We collect the minimum information needed to operate anietv: your account details, age-verification documents, content you upload or purchase, and payment references.

Verification documents

Government IDs and selfies submitted for age/identity verification are encrypted at rest, stored separately from other data, accessible only to our compliance team, and every access is logged. We retain them only as long as legally required, then delete them.

Creators' privacy

A creator's legal identity is never shown publicly — only the stage name and profile they choose to publish.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Some records (e.g. transaction and §2257 records) must be retained to meet legal obligations.
